Mariaela is a solo entrepreneur who started her small jewelry-making business in 2015. Her focus is on crafting unique hand-made jewelry pieces that reflect a boho style. In this case study, we will examine a branding project for her business, which aimed to create a new logo and key visual that reflected her brand's values.
Mariaela had built a loyal customer base, she felt that her branding didn't reflect her brand's personality and style. She wanted to create a new logo and key visual that would be more reflective of her unique approach to jewelry making.
One of the main challenges that Mariaela faced was creating a logo and key visual that reflected her brand's personality and style. She wanted a design that would be unique, memorable, and reflective of her boho aesthetic. Additionally, she wanted the design to be versatile and adaptable to different platforms and marketing materials.
To address these challenges, we started by conducting a thorough analysis of Mariaela's brand and target audience. We examined her products, messaging, and values to get a better understanding of her brand's personality and style. Based on this analysis, we developed several design concepts that reflected her boho aesthetic and unique approach to jewelry making.
After several rounds of feedback and revisions, we settled on a design that incorporated a hand-drawn letters with a symbolic representation of a feather. The logo and key visual were both designed to be versatile, with adaptations for different platforms.
The new selected logo and key visual were incorporated into all of Mariaela's marketing materials, including social media, packaging, and promotional materials.
